I want to share with you a Hadith that encourages you to prepare for the Day of Judgement — especially as it becomes clearer that we are in fact living in the end times.

This Hadith talks specifically about what it will be like to actually be standing on that Day.

And it gives you advice on how you can make it easier for yourself, Insha’Allah.

Try to fall into as many of these categories as possible, as these are the seven who will be under the shade of Allāh on the Last Day — a Day when there will be no other shade besides His:

A just ruler.
A youth who grew up worshipping Allāh.
One who’s heart is attached to the masjid.
One who gives charity discreetly.
A man who is tempted by a beautiful woman of high status but he rejects her, saying “I fear Allāh.”
Two who meet, love one another, and depart for the sake of Allāh.
One who remembers Allāh privately and weeps.

[Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 660, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1031]
